Ingredients: melon skeeward over charcol lemon juice sugar syrup vodka-60ml  
Procedures: crush the melon chunks mix 20mlof lime juice and 10ml of sugar syrup shake with 60ml of vodka double strain in pre chilled martini glass

Ingredients: 30ml Parfait Amour 15ml Lychee Liquer 15ml Skyy Vodka 30ml Pineapple Juice 30ml Cranberry Juice  
Procedures: Shake and strain all ingredients into martini glass. Rim glass with lime juice.  
Garnish: Squeeze and drop lime wedge  
Notes: Tasting the cocktail without the lime rim completly changes the cocktail so ensure guests dont use a straw!
