Ingredients: Gillhoe-3,4 pcs whiskey-30ml salt(black)-2pinches basil leafs-4 Apple soaked in sugar syp-01pcs Lemon juice-half a lemon  
Procedures: Boil gillhoe in 120 ml water reduce it to half putall the ingredients in a shaker with lots of ice cubes and shake gently put in the glass and top up with gillhoe juice  
Garnish: Lemon rind  
Notes: Very good drink for joint pains etc...!!!

  BEAT D' HEAT
Glass: Tropical Glass  
Ingredients: 2 oz Skyy Vodka 1 oz malibu rum 1 1/2 oz Orange juice 1 1/2 oz strawberry puree 1 oz sugar syrup i oz fresh milk  
Procedures: Combine all the ingredients into the blender with ice, Blend and pour into the glass.  
Garnish: Strawberry & Orange  
Notes: place enough ice to serve it frozen
