Sky- 60 ml
cranberry juice- 60 ml
4-6 springs of mint
5 ml lemon juice
1 tbl spoon- flambeyd caramelized pineapple puree.
45 ml gingerale(aprox). |

| Procedures: |
Add the puree, Sky Vodka, cranberry juice, Lemon juice and mint into shaker with lots of ice.
Shake well and pour out into tall glass. Top up with gingerale. |

| Garnish: |
Pineaplle stick and leaf. Along with lemon slices. |
|
| Notes: |
Caramalize chopped pineapple in a sauce pan with brown sugar untill pineapple reaches nearly puree consistancy.
If larger chunks are on the saucepan; the puree form can be achieved by blending it after. |
