15 grs de hierba mate,
ginger ale,
azucar rubia. |

En la coctelera colocar el bourbon, jugo de pomelo, azucar y hierba mate. Batir energicamente por 10 segundos. Aplicar doble colado y servir en vaso lleno de hielo. Rellenar con ginger ale. |
